Sweep or vacuum first, then damp mop with neutral pH cleaner. Avoid harsh acids and solvents (they degrade the binder). For a commercial gym, an auto-scrubber with neutral cleaner is ideal.

Rolled is more durable, looks more professional, and seams are minimal. Tile is portable, easier to replace if a piece gets damaged, and lets you start small and expand. Rolled wins for permanent installs; tile wins for renters and small spaces.
